Registered Nurse — PACU

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Vermont
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (1 year of experience)
- Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS or ENPC before the contract start date
- If not active before start, a booked course must be in place by Clinical Orientation at the beginning of the assignment
Role Summary
- Provides age-specific direct patient care
- Uses the nursing process and specialty-specific standards of patient care
- Includes leadership responsibilities such as delegating work to other staff
- Must comply with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and policies governing health care provision
