Description
RN Endoscopy
Overview
- Travel assignment in Richmond, Virginia
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- Endoscopy unit with 5 pre-op beds, 5 post-op beds, and 2 procedural rooms
- Small, family-oriented department with a strong team focus
Schedule
- 4 10-hour shifts
- On-call weekends and after hours
Responsibilities
- Provide endoscopy nursing care
- Perform or assist with colonoscopies, endoscopies, and ERCPs
- Float to local endoscopy facilities or pre-op/PACU as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Endoscopy (2 years of experience)
- Endoscopy experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
Additional Details
- Documentation system used: Expanse
- Required dress code: blue scrubs, light blue preferred
