ICU Registered Nurse
Location

- 12-hour shifts
Unit Details
- ICU
- 8-bed unit
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3
- May float to Medsurg when needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Clinical Focus
- Ventilator patients
- Progressive care patients
- Overdose/suicide patients
- Arterial line care
- General ICU care
Orientation
- 8 hours
Additional Notes
- Local candidates within 50 miles may be subject to a reduced rate
- Call-off policy allows up to 24 hours per 13-week assignment
- Returning clinicians within 12 months of their last worked date are not eligible for non-billable orientation
