Description
Telemetry Nurse
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Cleveland, Ohio
- 20-week assignment; 13 weeks also accepted
- Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- NIH Stroke Certification
Schedule
- Night shift
- 3 twelve-hour shifts per week
Additional Onboarding Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check
- Fingerprinting and fingerprint attestation
- Education verification
- Primary source license verification
- Nursys verification
- Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
- Baseline competency exam during orientation
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask within 12 months of start
- Tdap vaccination or approved exemption
- TB screening or chest X-ray, depending on history
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, and drug screening documentation as applicable
- Eye exam within 1 year of start
- Completion of facility onboarding modules before start
