CT Tech

Job Overview

  • Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
  • Location: Missoula, Montana
  • Employment type: Travel/Contract
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Night, 4x10 hours, 21:00–07:00
  • Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
  • Start/end pattern: Thursday evening to Wednesday morning

Schedule Details

  • Every other weekend required
  • Block scheduling required
  • On-call not required
  • Floating between units not required
  • 48 hours not approved

Required Qualifications

  • Valid CT Technologist license in Montana
  • CT Technologist (5 years of experience)
  • CT Technologist experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
  • Current state license as applicable for the role
  • PALS certification
  • NRP certification
  • NIH Stroke certification
  • IV certification
  • Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
  • CPI certification
  • Competency exam
  • Skills checklist
  • Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
  • Employment application including at least the last 5 years of employment
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
  • E-Verify attestation
  • Education verification
  • Background check
  • Drug screen
  • Physical exam within 1 year of start
  • Fit mask record within 1 year of start
  • TB clearance
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap, flu season documentation, and COVID documentation

Additional Notes

  • Scrubs are provided in sterile units such as OR, ICU, ER, and COVID areas
