Description
RN (Registered Nurse)
Location: Bronx, New York
Specialty: Nursing Float Pool
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 34 hours per week
Role Summary
- Care for admitted patients in the ED awaiting an inpatient bed.
- Complete inpatient documentation, carry out provider orders, and administer medications.
- Patients are either discharged from the ED holding area or transported to an inpatient unit once a bed is assigned.
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
