RN Case Management

Overview

Travel assignment in Pasadena, Texas

13-week contract

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Case Management (1 year of experience)
Case Management experience within the last year
BLS
Discharge Planning
Utilization Review (InterQual)

Role Details

Case management and social work coverage for the entire hospital
Core responsibilities include discharge planning and InterQual criteria review to confirm patient status
May float to med-surg or ICU units if needed
No weekend requirement

Work Environment

Day shift coverage only; no night shift coverage
Business casual attire required; scrubs are not allowed
A plain white lab coat may be worn if owned
