Description
Nursing Home Registered Nurse
Location
New Lisbon, Wisconsin

Schedule
- Full-time mixed day and evening shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- BLS
- Long Term Care experience
- Rehabilitation experience within the last year
- 1 year of Rehabilitation experience
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate significant resident condition changes to physicians and families
- Complete resident assessments
- Administer medications following the 5 Rights
- Perform wound care and assessments as needed
- Assist CNAs with answering call lights
- Monitor residents for changes in condition
- Lead floor response by assessing and directing situations as needed
- Report allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
- Maintain accurate resident records and charting
