PACU RN Travel Contract
Overview
- Specialty: PACU / Pre-Op / Phase 2 RN
- Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day or evening, 5x8s
- Hours per week: 40
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Floating: May float within scope between two locations in the same hospital
- Weekend requirement: As needed per unit needs
- On-call: Not required

Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Minnesota
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (1 year of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience with Epic
Additional Requirements
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
- HHS/OIG screening
- Fingerprinting / Minnesota DHS clearance
- Medication test / pharmacology competency exam
- Competency exam
- Physical exam within 12 months before start
- Tdap
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity/vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity/vaccination or declination
- Varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
- Respiratory safety clearance
- 2 references
- Annual skills checklist
