Interventional Radiology Rad Tech
Job Overview
- Travel assignment in Miami, Florida
- 4x10 schedule
- 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Florida
- 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT or RCIS
- BLS
- Vascular IR procedural experience
- Knowledge of Cath Lab/IR protocols and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- CVT
- ARRT
- RCIS
Unit Details
- Interventional radiology special procedures unit
- 5 labs
- GE imaging equipment
- MacLab and Meditech documentation systems
- Four ten-hour shifts per week
- Monthly call burden goal is less than 15 shifts
- Must arrive within 30 minutes when called in
Procedures
- Structural procedures including TAVR and MitraClip
- Carotid stenting
- Peripheral arterial cases
- Lumbar punctures
Additional Notes
- Surgical scrubs are provided by the unit
- Level 1 trauma center
