Registered Nurse — ER
Job Overview
- Travel/contract position in Big Spring, Texas
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 4x12 hours, 9:00–21:00
- 48 hours per week preferred; 36 hours may be considered
- Start date needed within the next 3–4 weeks
- First day of assignment requires reporting to San Angelo
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- TNCC
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Health Requirements
- Physical exam
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap, and COVID documentation
- Drug testing
- Flu vaccination or facility declination form during flu season
- Fit test for mask use

- Pass/fail testing during orientation
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
- Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing
- Photo for badge

- Vaccine exemption form if requesting an exemption
