ICU RN
Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN position in Illinois
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Patient ratio: 1:2
- Every other weekend required
- Floating required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted
- Block scheduling not accommodated
- RTO limit: 7 days maximum
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
- 1 year of ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 references
- Current resume covering the last 7 years of employment
- Skills checklist for the unit and any units floated to
- Employment verification covering 7 years of employment
- Background check
- Drug screen
- Physical exam
- Fit mask testing
- Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap documentation
- TB screening or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Photo ID
- Orientation modules completion before start
- Illinois fingerprinting/IDPH registry requirement if the role does not require an Illinois state license
