Description
Telemetry RN
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Easton, Maryland
- Nights: 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:30
- 36 or 48 hours accepted
- Every other weekend required
- Holidays required as scheduled
- Start date: 11/16/2026
- Contract length: 16 weeks
- Patient age range: Adult to Geriatrics
- Care setting: fast-paced, high-volume Telemetry unit with multiple and at times complex diagnoses
- Ratio: 1:5, up to 6 with lower acuity
- Scrubs: Royal Blue
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- 2 years of Telemetry experience
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- CPI
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- None stated
Floating / Assignment Scope
- May float within the specialty, to lower-acuity units, and to a sister facility as needed
- For rare low-census situations, Tele staff may be floated to other care areas of equal or lesser acuity in an extender role
Additional Notes
- RTO must be submitted at the time of offer; requests during fall/winter holiday weeks are not accepted
- Pre-scheduled on-call shifts are not required
- Shift times may be pushed back and treated as call off if rare
