Description
Physical Therapist (PT) - Temp - Outpatient (Days)
Location: Colebrook, New Hampshire
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (3 shifts per week, 10 hours each: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
Hours per Week: 30 hours
Job Description
- Provide physical therapy services in a hospital-based outpatient setting, including inpatient acute and swing bed care at a Critical Access Hospital.
- Work schedule consists of three 10-hour shifts per week.
- Candidates should investigate housing options prior to applying.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience in an outpatient setting
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

- The facility is a 16-bed critical access hospital serving multiple communities in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
- The hospital provides a broad range of services including emergency care, outpatient surgery, cardiac rehabilitation, inpatient care, imaging, laboratory services, and outpatient rehabilitation.
