Ultrasound Tech - General
Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Big Spring, Texas
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
- Hours per week: 40
- Coverage includes inpatient, outpatient, and ED settings
- Call required: Monday to Friday, 5pm to 7am, one week on and one week off, rotating
Required Qualifications
- Ultrasound Technologist with 1 year of experience
- Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
- Government-issued photo ID
- Social Security Card
- E-Verify or attestation
- Background check
- 7-year background check within 30 days of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
- HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
- Education verification
- State License 1 verification within 30 days of start
- Tech Cert Verification - National within 30 days of start
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure, as applicable
- CHEMO - Chemotherapy, as applicable
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course, as applicable
- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring, as applicable
- ENPC, as applicable
- NIH Stroke Certification, as applicable
- Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
- Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing
- Physical Exam within 1 year of start
- Fit Test within 6 months prior to start
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
- TB Questionnaire
- Rubeola (Measles)
