Description

CT Technologist - Travel Position

Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Clinical - Allied - Travel
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Job Summary

Operate computed tomography (CT) and related equipment under the direction of a radiologist.
Perform CT studies following specific guidelines and prescribed protocols, using appropriate radiation protection measures.
Review images and archive them with associated patient data.
Collaborate with imaging personnel, nursing and medical staff, patients, and visitors.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year full-time clinical experience in Diagnostic Radiology.
ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology.
Current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer.
Advanced certification in CT required within 18 months of hire/transfer.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider or equivalent required within 3 months of hire.
Completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program (post high school).

Preferred Qualifications

Previous CT experience.
1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field.
