Job Opportunity: RN - 2NT Trauma/Acute Care Surgery

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel Nursing (Clinical - Nursing - Travel)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This role focuses on delivering care primarily to an adult patient population in a trauma and acute care surgery progressive care setting.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU), with at least some experience within the last year
Clinical competence and experience in care and management of trauma and acute care surgery patients
Experience with CADD pumps (epidural and nerve block pumps)
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider or equivalent
