Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

Location: West Bend, Wisconsin

Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This role involves delivering care primarily to an adult patient population. The position follows standards adapted from the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 1 year of telemetry nursing experience, with telemetry experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Additional Information

Experience with inpatient adult care is essential
No prior travel experience required for this position
