Physical Therapist

Location

Urbana, Illinois

Schedule

Day shift
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
40 hours per week

Contract Length

13 weeks

Role Summary

Evaluate and treat patients of all ages
Develop and adjust plans of care based on patient response and evidence
Educate patients, families, caregivers, students, and other healthcare providers
Document care in accordance with policy and regulatory/organizational standards
Collaborate with the medical team and provide supervision to PTA and rehabilitation technicians

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
BLS issued by American Heart Association
