Description
Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Detroit, Michigan
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Job Summary
- Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and patient/family teaching.
- Communicate pertinent patient and family information effectively to the healthcare team.
- Participate in identifying and resolving variances from patient goals and ensure solutions are implemented.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of clinic experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience interpreting cardiac rhythms
- Experience with cardiac testing
- Cardiology experience
