Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Location: Jackson, Michigan
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care in the ICU.
Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, document care, and teach patients and families.
Communicate pertinent patient and family information effectively to the healthcare team.
Participate in identifying and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience
ICU nursing experience within the last year
Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
