Description
Electroencephalography - EEG Tech
Location: New York, NY
Employment Type: Acute - Allied
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Work Hours: Approximately 7 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week
Shift: Pending confirmation
Job Summary
- Prepare patients for EEG exams by applying electrodes to the head
- Operate and maintain EEG equipment
- Identify EEG tracings and prepare records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an EEG Technologist within the last year
- High school diploma or its educational equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
