Job Summary

Plans and develops programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
Monitors patient care performance, works with nurse managers, and assists with corrective action.
Develops a record-keeping system for medication errors and counseling.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
House Supervisor (7 years of experience)
House Supervisor experience within the last year
BLS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience in Supervisory roles
Med Surg experience

Additional Role Information

Assistant DON role requires MED/SURG experience
