Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with diverse patient populations including MI, CHF, COPD, strokes, and stable arrhythmias

Role Summary

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients
Provide care to a primarily adult inpatient population
