Radiology Tech/X-Ray Tech
Job Overview
- Location: Warren, Michigan
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7p–7a, every other weekend
- Hours: 36 per week
- On call: No
Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of experience in radiology or medical imaging
- ARRT (R)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Radiology Technologist experience
Role Summary
- Performs computerized tomographic radiological procedures under general supervision
- May also perform general diagnostic radiology examinations
- Responsibilities include patient preparation, clinical data review, anatomical analysis, equipment setup, radiation protection, intravenous contrast media administration, infection control practices, PACS image management, RIS use, clinical protocol review, medical record documentation, teamwork, customer service, flexibility, initiative, willingness to learn, and respect for diversity
