Schedule

Day shift
Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
One weekend a month
No holidays

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association

Experience

New graduates considered

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients of all ages
Develop, adjust, and implement plans of care
Perform patient transfers and use safe body mechanics
Educate patients, families, caregivers, students, and other healthcare providers
Complete clinical documentation
Screen patients for therapy needs
Supervise support personnel, PTA, and rehabilitation technicians
Communicate patient status, discharge recommendations, and equipment needs to the care team
