Description

RN — Adult Psych

Location

Peoria, Illinois

Contract

13 weeks
Night shift
12-hour shifts
36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Psychiatric (5 years of experience)
Psychiatric experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process
Complete admission assessments and develop care plans
Implement and update nursing interventions and patient care procedures
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Report or correct safety hazards and incidents
Communicate directly and privately when needed to resolve issues
Support peer development through constructive feedback and collaboration
Identify personal learning needs and pursue appropriate solutions
Meet departmental competency requirements
