Description

Medical Technologist - Lab Technologist

Location

Jackson, Michigan

Schedule

8-hour shifts
Shift options: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM or 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
40 hours per week

Contract Length

21 weeks

Required Qualifications

Medical Lab Technician (0.5 years of experience)
Medical Lab Technician experience within the last year
BLS
Bachelor's degree in medical technology, medical laboratory sciences, clinical laboratory sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology
6 months of experience in a medical laboratory setting
Experience with Beckman instruments
Medical Technologist experience

Preferred Qualifications

Certification at the technologist level from a nationally recognized agency

Additional Notes

Coursework completed outside the U.S. must be verified by a NACES-approved credential evaluation service
BLS is required
