Physical Therapist
Location
Urbana, Illinois
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Day shift
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

Responsibilities
- Perform patient transfers with assistance as needed
- Design and adjust plans of care based on patient response and evidence
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, students, and other healthcare providers
- Evaluate clinical findings to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes
- Examine patients using reliable and valid methods
- Screen patients to determine the effectiveness of and need for therapy services
- Use and monitor support personnel according to legal and ethical guidelines
- Complete annual education and other assigned requirements as applicable
- Communicate with referring providers about patient progress and treatment recommendations
