Maternal Fetal Ultrasound Techno
Role Overview
- Assists the radiologist with invasive diagnostic techniques specialized to maternal fetal ultrasound processes.
- Performs maternal-fetal ultrasound examinations under general or direct supervision.
- Provides standardization and training to residents for these exams.
- Consults with patients, evaluates contraindications, and advises the radiologist and/or referring OB provider on results.

- 4x 9-hour shifts and 1 x 4-hour shift (1/2-day Friday)
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography (3 years of experience)
- Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARDMS (OB) or ARDMS (OB GYN)
- Completion of a twelve-month certificate program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent
- 3 years of experience performing complex ob/gyn or vascular scans
Preferred Qualifications
- Fetal Echocardiography (FE) certification
