Description

Physical Therapist - Days - 13-15 patients/day, 10 hours days, time split between 2 clinis within 1 hour drive between the two, 80/20 inpt/outpt. RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract. Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply. Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions. Requirements: active PT license in the state of AZ, BLS, pass the NPTE
