2 years of recent LTAC (Not LTC) experience - proficiency with Vents, Trach's, and Critical Drips - Comfortable with 1:6-7 patient ratio's

My recruiter Julie is amazing! She responds and handles what I need fast. The facility (Northoaks ) that I’m at is very travel friendly. I actually hope to renew.
Cons
Units have a lot of travelers. My badge doesn’t work to let me in anywhere but once I emailed the right people they fixed it mostly. Some doctors are rude but that is anywhere. I was floated the first day after the one buddy shift that was given but it wasn’t bad.
