Nursing Supervisor – PM/12-Hour Shifts Evening/Night shifts, 36 hours/week, every other weekend and holiday. Requirements: Nursing degree required (Diploma, ASN, or BSN preferred) 5+ years of staff nurse experience, including Charge Nurse and leadership responsibilities Must demonstrate clinical knowledge and skills to oversee patient care from infancy to geriatrics MA RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS ICU experience, Bed Flow, and Transfer Line experience required Position Summary: The Nursing Supervisor coordinates and supervises patient care across multiple nursing units and departments during evening, night, and weekend shifts. Works closely with Clinical Managers to ensure high-quality, timely care. Responsibilities: Serve as a role model, providing clinical direction and evaluating nursing care Ensure high-quality, cost-efficient patient care through appropriate staffing decisions Manage human resources to promote quality care and harmonious employee relations Act as on-site hospital representative coordinating operational and administrative activities during assigned shifts Participate as a member of the Nursing Leadership Team to plan and direct division activities in line with policies and goals Promote interdisciplinary communication and a positive image of the Nursing Division and hospital through interactions with patients, visitors, physicians, and the public Demonstrate commitment to personal career growth and development.
