Description
Shift: 8-4:30
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 32
• Weekend Hours: 0
• Call Requirements: 0
• Patient Ratios: TYPICALLY TREAT 12-18 PER DAY; 0-3 CT SIMS PER DAY
• Equipment: ELEKTA INFINITY LINAC, GE CT
• EHR: MOSIAQ, CERNER
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Experience with Elekta Linac’s, Mosaiq
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: SBRT/IMRT/SRS/CT SIM & SETUP
• Scrub Color: NO REQUIREMENT

Qualifications/Skills:
- Required Certifications: RT(T) OR R.T.(R)(T), BLS
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy.
- State Licensure Requirements:
- Minimum year’s experience: 3-5 MINIMUM
- Required experience: Proven work experience in the delivery of Radiation treatment, sound understanding of Radiation Safety measures, and works with the oncology team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
Required Education: Associates degree required, Bachelors degree, preferred.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, treatment planning, and oncology patient care
• Proficiency in operating linear accelerators and treatment software (e.g., Varian, Elekta)
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced clinical environments
• Knowledge of quality assurance protocols and regulatory compliance
• Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace
