Duration 13 weeks
Setting: Hospital with two units - Acute Rehab (ARU/IRF) and specialty hospital/critical care
Position Summary
Responsible for providing and directing Occupational Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physicians order.

Position Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, where accepted. Masters degree required otherwise.
- Required Certifications: BLS through AHA
- State Licensure Requirements: NBCOT registered and licensed per state of practice requirements, SD OT license
- Minimum year’s experience: 1
- Required experience: acute rehab hospital or acute care hospital experience preferred
Current, valid, and active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment.
