Description

Duration 13 weeks
Position Summary
Responsible for providing and directing Speech Language Pathology services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physicians order.
Position Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required Certifications: BLS
- State Licensure Requirements: MT license
- Minimum year’s experience: preferred greater than 2, unable to take CFY.
- Required experience: dysphagia, bed side swallow exams
•Member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association required.
Current, valid, and active license to practice as a SLP in the state of employment.
