Setting: Specialty hospital
Schedule: 5x8's
Lenght: 13 weeks

Position Summary
Responsible for providing and directing Speech Language Pathology services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physicians order.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Required Certifications: BLS through AHA, ASHA CCC's
- State Licensure Requirements: Valid and active Idaho SLP license
- Minimum year’s experience: 1 yr
- Required experience: prior hospital experience (acute care or specialty)
•Member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association required.
