Description
Details:
- Position : RN Telemetry
- Unit: PCU/ Tele
- Shift : Nights 4x12 hour
- Location : Lubbock, TX
- Duration : 13 weeks (Extensions possible)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms and telemetry data
- Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring patient safety
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and cardiac health
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and hospital policies
- Advocate for patient comfort, dignity, and quality of care
Requirements:
- Must have 1 years of Telemetry experience.
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
- Texas RN License Or Compact
