Description

Position: Registered Nurse (Critical Care)
Facility: Emerson Hospital
PR: $40/Hour on W2 $1600/Weekly
Gross Weekly: $3040
Location: 133 Old Rd to 9 Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Every third weekend | Every other holiday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU setting
Monitor and assess patient condition, including vitals, lab results, and overall stability
Administer medications, IV drips, infusions, and blood products as ordered
Manage ventilators, cardiac monitors, and critical care equipment
Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
Respond promptly to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions as needed
Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in Meditech
Educate patients and families regarding treatment, care plans, and recovery expectations
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety regulations
Support unit workflow and assist team members as needed

Required Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN License
ACLS & BLS (AHA or ARC) – Required
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience – Required
Meditech Experience – Required
