Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based
Hourly Rate: $50.00 – $75.00 per hour

Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is hiring school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a variety of educational settings. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available for experienced clinicians, Clinical Fellows (CFYs), and new graduates. This role involves providing speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and student support within collaborative school environments. Clinical supervision, training, and sponsorship opportunities are available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
• Schedule / Shift
- Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
- Hours per week: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Contract length: School-year assignments based on district needs
• Key Duties:
- Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students
- Deliver both pull-in and push-out therapy sessions based on student IEP requirements
- Provide in-person therapy services within school-based settings
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
- Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding therapy plans and student progress
Requirements
• Education
- Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
• Licenses & Certifications
- Required: Applicable state licensure/certification based on assignment
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and new graduates encouraged to apply
- Providers requiring sponsorship are welcome to apply
Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational settings
- Ability to provide effective in-person speech therapy services
- Knowledge of IEP processes, evaluations, and therapy documentation
- Ability to manage student caseloads and maintain compliance with school and state standards
