Job Opportunity: X-Ray Technician (Travel)

Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Employment Type: Clinical - Allied - Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines
• Maintain all equipment for procedures, ensuring safety and patient comfort
• Monitor need for procedure revisions and coordinate daily imaging procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician (use 3 years as the required experience)
• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School
• Current NJ State RT License
• ARRT certification
• BLS Certification
• Demonstrated knowledge of various imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice trends, healthcare informatics, and new hardware/software technology developments
• Strong initiative, problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills
