Job Summary: -Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. -Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well being, and evaluates the patient's progress. -To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. -The requirements list must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. -Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required. -Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications. -Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. -Highly organized and analytical. 5. Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism. -A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Required Skills &amp; Experience: -One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required. Preferred Skills &amp; Experience: -One (1) year ultrasound experience is preferred. Required Education: -Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required. Preferred Education: -Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred. Required Certifications &amp; Licensure: -Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required. -BLS - American Heart Association. Preferred Certifications &amp; Licensure: -Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association.This is a contract to hire role, they need to accepted an offer with a pay rate of between:The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. (USD)42.66 - (USD)65.82.
