Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (ED)

Location: Hackensack, New Jersey
Employment Type: Clinical

Job Summary

Provide specialized and innovative care in the Emergency Department.
Handle a variety of emergency and trauma situations for patients of all ages.
Quickly and accurately assess patients with physical and mental health conditions.
Prioritize injuries and medical needs effectively.

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Experience

Minimum 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment.
Must have ED experience within the past six months.
Demonstrated clinical performance and practice required.

Required Skills

Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
Effective communication with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Required Certifications & Licensure

NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
BLS (AHA)
ACLS
Telemetry
PALS
NIHSS
CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours)
