Job Opportunity: Clinical Lab Technologist (Travel)

Location: Rochester, Minnesota
Employment Type: Travel Contract


Job Summary

  • Perform analyses on blood, tissue, and body fluids to assist healthcare providers in diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, troubleshoot assays, evaluate test accuracy, and assist with interpreting results.
  • Participate in operational support activities to maintain and optimize testing capabilities.
  • Work with multiple computer systems to retrieve information and report results.
  • May work with minimal supervision and assist with specimen collection.
  • Strict adherence to safety protocols when handling infectious specimens, chemicals, and other hazards is required.

Contract Length

  • Approximately 7 weeks (52 days ≈ 7 weeks)

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to produce accurate results under time constraints.
  • Capable of multitasking and performing in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work closely with others.
  • Flexibility to accommodate scheduling adjustments including off-shifts, holidays, on-call, and weekend assignments.
