Location: Peoria, Illinois

Job Description
- Provide professional nursing care to a designated group of patients using the nursing process and current nursing trends.
- Perform unit-specific responsibilities within the scope of service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing care.
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop appropriate plans of care based on patient and family needs.
- Implement and modify nursing interventions and patient care procedures as needed.
- Ensure patient and employee safety by identifying and addressing hazards.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify personal learning needs and pursue professional development.
- Fulfill all departmental competency requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Illinois state RN license in good standing.
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
- Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
