Floating between departments and or local locations within 20 miles is required. Job Summary:  Under general direction, provides assistance to the anesthesiologists and CRNAs during the pre, intra, and post-operative care of the patient receiving anesthesia, provides supplies and equipment for the delivery of anesthesia in all anesthetizing areas and provides cleaning/replacement of supplies and equipment in between operative cases. Provides supplies and equipment to each anesthetizing location in proper working order.  Essential Duties:  -Planning and coordinating organizational change.  -Anticipating and Addressing Customer Needs.  -Educating Employees, Customers and Transferring Knowledge.  -Functioning as an Effective Contingent Member.  -Acquiring and Applying Superior Skills to achieve Quality Outcomes.  -Functioning as an Effective Team Member.  Required Skills &amp; Experience:  -Ability to effectively interact with customers to understand their needs and explain data. -Microsoft Office. -Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in person and via telephone with members, employer groups, brokers, physicians, and physician office staff using strong dialogue and customer service competencies. -Written communication.  Preferred Skills &amp; Experience:  -One to two years experience preferred in one of the following areas, Recovery Room, ICU, Emergency Room, Operation Room, Med/Surg, Pharmacy or Bio-Med setting.  -EMR: EPIC experience preferred but not required; will train on-site.  Required Education:  -High School diploma or GED.  Preferred Education:  -N/A Required Certifications &amp; Licensure:  -Attainment of ASATT (American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians) certification, within five years is required.  -BLS Preferred Certifications &amp; Licensure:  -N/A    QUALIFICATION/LICENSURE Work Authorization : US Citizen Preferred years of experience : 2 years Travel required : No travel required Shift timings : Days
