Provide life-support, resuscitation, monitoring, and medical gas therapy to patients.
Perform invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures in Intensive Care and General Practice Units.
Maintain clinical expertise across various departmental assignments.
Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, physicians, and other healthcare staff regarding patient care.
Document all aspects of patient care accurately.
Supervise, direct, and delegate tasks to Respiratory Therapists, orientees, externs, and students as assigned.
Complete necessary and accurate patient billing information.

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Michigan
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
