Job Opportunity: Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist

Location: Billings, Montana
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: Approximately 12 weeks


Job Summary

  • Provide technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
  • Assist physicians with radiological imaging and act as scrub assistant while maintaining sterile conditions.
  • Operate imaging equipment and monitor/document procedure images and events from the control room.
  • Provide patient care under RN supervision.
  • Educate patients and families about the procedure, including pre- and post-procedure expectations and physical conditions.
  • Maintain unit orderliness and appropriate stock levels for complex interventions and diagnostic procedures.
  • Complete daily, progress, and discharge documentation according to departmental standards.
  • Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and potential safety hazards.
  • Uphold organizational mission, vision, values, and service behavior standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • License requirement appropriate for Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist role.
  • Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in Cardiology/Cath Lab.
