Job Summary:<ul><li>Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.</li><li>Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.</li><li>Identify patient needs and prioritize care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.</li><li>Develop and coordinate individualized care plans through initial and ongoing assessments.</li><li>Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.</li><li>Document care based on standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.</li><li>Advocate for evidence-based practices and support innovations in care delivery.</li><li>Provide patient-centric care aligned with the professional nursing practice model.</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Two (2) years of experience in acute adult oncology, specializing in leukemia and lymphoma, in an inpatient setting.</li><li>Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN).</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).</li><li>New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).</li><li>Telemetry certification.</li><li>Chemo Certification with Oncology Nursing Society (ONS).</li></ul> QUALIFICATION/LICENSURE Work Authorization : US Citizen Preferred years of experience : 2 years Travel required : No travel required Shift timings : Days
