Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Dialysis clinical technician certification required (must be obtained within 18 months of hire if not already certified).
- Certification must be maintained per federal regulations and CMS-approved certification programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in science.
- Previous dialysis experience.
Additional Information:
- Must adhere to infection control policies and procedures.
- Ability to lift and push patients, carry dialysate solution containers, and respond to audible alarms.
- Must pass a color vision test.
- Demonstrates a caring and compassionate manner toward patients and their families.
- Completes required in-services and online education.
- Adheres to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
- Works effectively in a complex and changing environment.
